DON’T HESITATE TO DEHYDRATE!

The Wild Life #69

If you are into backpacking, or just the convenience of being able to fix instant meals in your camp, you can go out and buy a bushel full of Mountain House or similar brand dehydrated meals at around seven bucks a pop. Or, you can make your own at a fraction of the cost, and also have a blast while doing it! All you need is a dehydrator, a food vacuum sealer, and some sealer bags. Oh…and for your wife to be away at work, too.
