After suffering a heart attack in March, undergoing open-heart surgery, and subsisting on vegetables, rice, and fake butter for six months, I am finally ready for some REAL food at our deer hunting camp high in the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho in October. My brother-in-law, Earl, promises to fulfill my wildest culinary fantasies by making a Dutch oven Pasta Pie for dinner. However, there’s just one problem.
